Agnes was born in Accra but hails from Saltpond in the Central Region of Ghana. Her journey into the world of dance began at an early age, characterized by her remarkable flexibility that earned her the nickname “Ghanaboneless.” This nickname, though later set aside due to brand formalities, hinted at her extraordinary physical abilities and foreshadowed her future in the performing arts.

Agnes’s formal education in dance culminated with a first-class degree in Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of Ghana.
