Bishop Boxing Promotions (BBP) has announced a one-time financial pledge of GHS 1,000 to every officially registered member of Ghana’s Black Bombers Commonwealth Boxing Team, including all athletes and members of the coaching staff.
The initiative is a heartfelt recognition of the team’s dedication, resilience, and unwavering commitment to representing Ghana with pride on the international stage at the Commonwealth Games.
The financial support is designed to help ease the immediate financial pressures faced by team members, allowing them to remain focused on training, preparation, and the pursuit of excellence as they continue to compete for national glory.
More than just a monetary contribution, the pledge reflects Bishop Boxing Promotions’ broader vision of building a stronger future for Ghanaian boxing by investing in the welfare and development of those who proudly wear the nation’s colours.

Payment Details
To ensure transparency and efficiency, Bishop Boxing Promotions has outlined the following arrangements:
Eligibility: All officially registered Black Bombers athletes and coaching staff.
Support Amount: GHS 1,000 per eligible individual as a one-time payment.
Disbursement: Payments will be processed through Bishop Boxing Promotions’ established payroll and disbursement channels. Team members requiring alternative payment arrangements are encouraged to contact the Promotions Office.
Completion Date: All payments are expected to be completed on or before 20 September 2026.
