The organizers of the Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo (GPLE) have officially announced the cancellation of the highly anticipated Dubai Edition of the event until further notice.

In a statement released by the GPLE Events Management Team, the decision was described as a “responsible” move taken after careful consideration and guidance, prioritizing the safety and wellbeing of partners, exhibitors, and attendees.

“After careful consideration and taking guidance, we have made the responsible decision to cancel the Dubai Edition of the Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo until further notice,” the statement read.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone in the UAE during this time. We pray for peace, protection and stability across the region.”

The Expo’s leadership emphasized that the safety of stakeholders remains their highest priority, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to responsible event management and international collaboration.

Focus Shifts to London 10th Anniversary Edition

Despite the Dubai postponement, GPLE confirmed that preparations are continuing at full pace for its flagship London Edition, which will mark the Expo’s 10th Anniversary milestone.

The London event has historically served as a key platform connecting Ghana’s real estate developers, financial institutions, and lifestyle brands with diaspora investors and international buyers. Organizers say this year’s edition will be a landmark celebration of a decade of bridging global property markets.

“Our mission continues: Bridging Continents. Building Futures,” the statement concluded.
