EPIXODE’S BIOGRAPHY
From the streets of Ghana to the Global Reggae and Dancehall stage, Epixode has taken the music world by storm, as an authentic music embodiment and a good song writer, Theophilus Nii Arday Otoo, better known as Epixode, a multi-award winning International Reggae Dancehall Recording Artist, Creative Director, and Fine Art Painter.
His compositions are a unique and imaginative tapestry. Began performing for the school fair and represented his institution in competitions when he was
in elementary school.
His mother, a seasoned singer of Ghanaian traditional music, influenced his music. His inspiration
comes from a daily vibe because he believes that every day has its own set of advantages and
disadvantages, which makes him more willing to approach varied issues.

Dancehall Artist Of The Year at the Ghana Music Awards-USA 2022, Best Performer at the 3 Music Awards 2022, Reggae/Dancehall Artist of the Year at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) 2021,Africa’s Most Promising act at the 2015 African Youth Choice Award in Nigeria, Reggae/Dancehall video of the Year at the Bass Awards,as well as nomination for the Best African Reggae/Dancehall Artist at the International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA).
His body of work includes more sombre songs as well as chart-topping singles like “Atia,” “Wahala Dey,” “To Much,” and “Avarta” Obra. Top Ranking Ghanaian Artists like Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, Medikal Kwabena Kwabena, Keche, and many others have been featured by Epixode, a versatile artist.
At the international level, he has collaborated with a number of well-known musicians, including Mr. Eazi of Nigeria, CKay of Nigeria, Ammara Brown of Zimbabwe, Nviri of Kenya, and Nutty o of Zimbabwe, among many others.
2018 saw Epixode’s appear as Etana, a Grammy Award winner,’s opening act.
Over 2 million attendees of the Harare International Festival were enthralled by Kenya 2017.
Through outstanding performances, he cemented his reputation as one of Africa’s Best Performers.
He starts his Annual Charity Eve as a method of giving back to society.
