Ghanaian gospel sensation Celestine Donkor, renowned for her uplifting melodies and powerful vocals, is gearing up to unveil not one but two musical masterpieces on March 6, 2024. Following her successful collaboration with Obaapa Christy, Celestine Donkor  is poised to captivate audiences once again, this time featuring Piesie Esther of ‘Mo’ fame in her upcoming release, ‘Come and See.’

The collaboration with Piesie Esther marks the second in a series of features Celestine Donkor has carefully orchestrated with her fellow female gospel artists in Ghana and beyond. The visionary songstress, in an industry where such collaborations are a rarity, aims to forge stronger bonds among female gospel musicians. ‘Come and See’ promises to be a harmonious blend of celestial voices, delivering a message that transcends musical boundaries.

In addition to ‘Come and See,’ Celestine has another gem in store for her fans. She will be releasing a soul-stirring song titled ‘God,’ aligning with the theme chosen by the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) for the year 2024. Notably, this is not the first time Celestine has lent her musical prowess to complement the church’s theme. In 2009, when ‘Supernatural’ was the theme, she composed a song that resonated with congregants. This year’s theme song, ‘God,’ features the talents of Perez Musik and Raphiya, promising a spiritually enriching experience for listeners.

Celestine’s decision to feature fellow gospel artists and contribute to the church’s theme songs reflects her commitment to fostering unity and collaboration within the gospel music industry. In a genre often characterized by solo performances, her initiative stands as a testament to the power of collective artistry and shared spiritual messages.
