The Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo (GPLE) has wrapped up its most successful London edition to date, marking a defining moment for the global real estate showcase as organizers unveiled the Expo’s biggest announcement yet: the launch of a brand-new Dubai edition in Spring 2026.
The milestone expansion underscores the Expo’s accelerating global momentum and its mission to empower the Ghanaian diaspora with trusted pathways into property ownership and investment. Founded by sisters Anna and Victoria Agyekum, Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo has grown into a world-class international platform with established editions in Washington DC, London, and Accra. The upcoming Dubai launch will extend the Expo’s reach into the Middle East one of the world’s most influential business and lifestyle hubs.
This year’s London event drew its largest-ever audience, with attendees filling the Expo floor to connect directly with verified developers, legal experts, wealth advisors, and financial institutions. Over two dynamic days, visitors immersed themselves in a robust programme of educational sessions designed to demystify every stage of the Ghana property investment journey.
From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, guests were guided through the realities, opportunities, and safeguards associated with investing in Ghana’s rapidly evolving real estate sector.

A central highlight was the legal panel, which offered essential advice on safe investment practices, due diligence, land acquisition processes, and common pitfalls to avoid topics that remain vital for diaspora investors navigating cross-border transactions.

One of the weekend’s most anticipated talks came from Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo Brand Ambassador AJ Akua Johnson, who shared her inspiring personal journey to becoming both a property investor and a Ghanaian citizen. The event received distinguished support from Her Excellency Mrs Sabah Zita Benson, Ghana’s new High Commissioner to the UK, who delivered a commanding keynote address.
