Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has been confirmed to perform at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. The French Embassy in Ghana recently clarified that Sarkodie, alongside fellow Ghanaian stars King Promise and Darkovibes, will grace the stage at a special Ghana Day event within the African Fan Zone on August 10.
While the Land lord and other Ghanaian artists will perform at the African Fan Zone event, the Paris Olympics opening ceremony, featuring global icons like Celine Dion and Dua Lipa, is scheduled for July 26. This year’s opening ceremony promises a unique twist, as it will take place outside the stadium and be broadcast on public screens, allowing for wider audience access and an inclusive celebration.
