Tuesday afternoon will be a decisive moment for the Black Stars as they face Sudan in a must-win TotalEnergies 2025 Africa Cup of Nations Group F qualifier. Following a goalless draw in their previous encounter, Ghana is determined to secure their first victory in this campaign and reignite their chances of qualifying for the prestigious tournament in Morocco.

On Monday, the team conducted their final training session at the Martyrs of February Stadium in Benina, Libya, ahead of the highly anticipated clash. Coach Otto Addo has been working meticulously with the squad, fine-tuning strategies and focusing on their attacking and defensive formations.

Ghana’s preparations have been intense, with team photographer Emmanuel Osei capturing the players’ commitment, drive, and focus. From tactical drills to high-energy scrimmages, the Black Stars are leaving no stone unturned as they seek redemption against Sudan.

Despite dominating the last encounter at the Accra Sports Stadium, the Black Stars were unable to convert several goal-scoring opportunities, resulting in the disappointing 0-0 draw. With the stakes even higher now, Ghana will be banking on key players like Mohammed Kudus, Jordan Ayew, and Inaki Williams to deliver the goods and lead the team to victory.

A win on Tuesday would see Ghana move up the table and put themselves in a strong position to qualify for next year’s tournament in Morocco. However, Sudan, sitting second with four points, will be equally determined to widen the gap and secure their spot in the competition.

The match is scheduled for a 13:00 GMT kickoff at the Martyrs of February Stadium, with fans across the world eagerly anticipating what promises to be a thrilling and crucial encounter in Group F.
