Multiple award-winning dancehall sensation Stonebwoy has finally broken his silence on long-standing rumours of a feud with his mentor and fellow icon, Samini and his message is clear: there’s no beef, just brotherhood.
Speaking candidly in an exclusive interview with George Quaye during the premiere episode of PrimeTime, Stonebwoy revealed that while there may have been moments of tension between them, nothing can truly sever the deep bond they share.
“It’s not always a smooth road, but the end justifies the means,” he said. “Our relationship may have bent, but it didn’t break. Samini knows my heart, and he knows I’m his soldier.”
Stonebwoy shared that the two have already made peace, following a personal visit to Samini’s home where he offered a heartfelt apology. Since then, their connection has grown stronger, paving the way for powerful collaborations in the near future.
In an exciting revelation, the BHIM Nation president hinted at a feature on Samini’s highly anticipated upcoming album, Originator, describing their reunion as nothing short of divine timing.
“There’s a deeper story behind how everything aligned for me to be on that album. We believe that song is going to be something special something historic.”
But that’s not all. Stonebwoy teased even more joint projects in the pipeline, promising fans that this renewed alliance is only the beginning.
“People haven’t seen the best of Samini and me yet not live, not in the studio. That’s about to change.”
